  • 100 grams potatoes
  • 2 pineapple slices
  • 50 grams peas
  • basil
  • 2 baby radish, small
  • 2 tablespoon(s) cream
  • 1/4 cup(s) mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper, for seasoning

Potato Salad Directions
  1. Boil the potatoes, peel and cut into cubes. Steam the peas, dice pineapple slices and break the basil leaves. Mix them all together and refrigerate.
  2. Whisk together cream, mayonnaise and salt and pepper. Taste and adjust the seasoning as required.
  3. Mix the seasoning into the vegetables. Taste and adjust the seasoning.
  4. Serve cold.
